Dunn has been in real estate in the Grand Junction area for over 25 years.
Lois is currently co-chairman of the Colorado West Exchange Counsel.
The group market with the motto that there is no problem property - only
problem ownership. Lois has a history of working with investors and has
completed many 1031 IRC exchanges. It is important to take time to listen
and understand the goals and needs of those wishing to purchase or sell
real estate. Each transaction is personal and as important as if it were
our very own. Hobbies are travel, writing and family. Lois is serving on
the board for the Salvation Army and is a director for the Colorado
Association of Realtors. |
Arllys Indergard has been selling Real
Estate in the Grand Valley since 1979 and has seen the area change and
prosper as it continues to grow. She moved to Grand Junction in 1959
with her husband and her family who grew up here. With a background in
teaching, small businesses, farming and ranching, Arllys was well
prepared to assist buyers and sellers in the complex process of
selecting a home or acquiring investment property. Her dedication to
excellent service for her clients and customers has made her
knowledgeable and successful as a real estate professional. In the past
she has served on the local Board of Realtors, as well as the State
Association. Her personal life revolves around her husband, three
children and 5 grandchildren but still takes time to travel, read, hike,
