Dunn has been in real estate in the Grand Junction area for over 25 years.
Lois is currently a member of the Colorado West Exchange Counsel.
The group market with the motto that there is no problem property - only
problem ownership. Lois has a history of working with investors and has
completed many 1031 IRC exchanges. It is important to take time to listen
and understand the goals and needs of those wishing to purchase or sell
real estate. Each transaction is personal and as important as if it were
our very own. Hobbies are travel, writing and family. Lois chairs Grand Junction Area Realtors Government Affairs Committee and is Federal Political Coordinator, National Association of Realtors, for Congressman Scott
